BryanstonSquare ENHANCING LEARNING

Stakeholder Consultation
Gathering opinions, generating ideas, informing communities

We have extensive experience of carrying out stakeholder consultation with a whole range of different groups in the primary, secondary, and SEN sectors, including students, teachers, parents, members of the local authority and the local community. We can look at a wide variety of issues around learning methods, learning spaces, authority–wide educational provision, extended use, leadership, organisation and management.

Each session that we run is tailored to meet the specific needs of the project, so formats vary but all sessions are lively, engaging and thought-provoking whether they involve assessing images, building models, brainstorming ideas, facilitating debate, covering a room with post-it notes, or a more considered response to focused questions.

Consultation provides a valuable opportunity to test ideas, gather information and perhaps most importantly, build engagement and ownership amongst stakeholders. It also provides evidence to inform and substantiate a project or strategy and therefore give weight and credence to associated proposals.
