Designing, planning and delivering conferences and workshops
Conferences are an excellent method of communication as they are a quick and cost effective way to inform or capture opinion. They also act as motivational tools to engage stakeholders and build momentum on a project. They can be one off events, or a series of events over time to match a project timeline.
We are able to plan and develop conferences of any size, by making use of our in house skills in conference management and training. Conferences can be difficult to organise, with many conflicting objectives and requirements. We take care of the content, delivery and output so that you can engage fully in the event and communicate with delegates.
We involve key stakeholders in the planning process, holding development meetings and regular feedback sessions to tease out what the conference needs to achieve, and how best to do that with the particular delegate group. We are also able to pull together events at short notice, and invite speakers who will deliver on the key themes. |
