Have you ever wondered why construction is so expensive?
If you've ever wondered why building work is so expensive or takes so long when shops can be transformed over a few evenings we can show you.
A great number of commercial projects cost less than £100k. Specialist contractors often love projects far too small to be considered by the larger framework contractors or those normally used by the public sector.
We will show you how to get much more for much less and enjoy the process.
We will be hosting seminars in our offices (in central London) in February and March to bring some designers, Local Authority procurement people and schools together to show what others have been doing, and at what cost.
The reason for the haste is that we have seen the enormous savings which can be achieved, and it would be a real shame not to take advantage of any projects which schools and others may wish to be completed before September.
